The FTD110DB series supports optical transmission of 8-bit PCM coded video and one bi-directional data through one multimode or singlemode optical fiber. Its card module feature enables it to be fitted in the FT-C18 rack-mount chassis.

The FTD110DB series are also compatible with transmitters/receivers of the FTD110DBMicro, FTD110DBM and FTD110DB-XXR3 series.
