The FTD100Micro series supports optical transmission of 8-bit PCM coded video through one multimode or singlemode optical fiber. It is currently the smallest transmitter/receiver pair among all OT Systems products. The transmitter only occupies limited space for easy installation within most camera housings.

Transmitters of the FTD100Micro series are also compatible with receivers of the FTD100, FTD100-XXR3 and FTD100M series, catering for different system configurations.
