Redundant Ring

  • IES82162XMH-S-RP supports redundant ring and features strong, rapid self-recovery capability to prevent interruptions and external intrusions. It incorporates advanced ITU-T G.8032 ERPS (Ethernet Ring Protection Switching) technology, Spanning Tree Protocol (802.1s MSTP) into customer’s network to enhance system reliability and uptime in various environments.
  • The recovery time could be less than 20ms to quickly bring the network back to normal operation.
  • The series is also a good solution for 24hr non-stop operation, providing maximum reliability and productivity.

Trap Event Alert via CLI/Web/SNMP

  • IES82162XMH-S-RP provides event alert function, by triggering notification through CLI/Web/SNMP and system log, when there is malfunction in the network.

Flexible and Extendable 10Gb Ethernet Solution

  • Multiple 10Gbps speed fiber ports deliver improve business productivity by providing faster data transfer speeds, improved reliability, and increased scalability.

Dual Power Input for High Reliability

  • Automatically switch to secondary power input when primary power input fails, ensuring continuous operation without down time.
  • Redundant power supply reduces possibility of single-point-of-failure.

Hardened Grade

  • As an industrial grade switch, IES82162XMH-S-RP is designed specifically to withstand extreme weather environment including high humidity and exposure to moisture.
  • With a wide temperature operating range (-40°C to 75°C) with rugged cases enclosures for faster heat dissipation and greater protection, which allows them to operate perfect for any complex environmental installations like remote highways or railways.
